Associate Underwriter Auditor

Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Underwriting Auditor !

About the role

The Associate Underwriting Auditor plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the underwriting processes. This is a great opportunity to build foundational experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do in this role

• Conduct audits and quality checks on underwriting work
• Provide feedback and support continuous improvement
• Assist with data governance reporting and department projects
• Support underwriting operations during peak periods
• Work with auditor to provide periodic reporting on data governance and other key metrics.
• Support project work using skill-sets and department need including testing of rating application enhancements, and participating in or supporting projects and other department initiatives

Compensation

Salary Range : $26.30- $43.87 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
