Leasing Professional – Tanglewood Apartment Homes (Memphis, TN)

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service / sales / hospitality experience required. Leasing experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Entrata software preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for marketing purposes
  • Ability to walk the property regularly, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Must be available to work Saturdays

    • Responsibilities :

  • Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
  • Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
  • Ensure models and vacant apartments are market-ready
  • Maintain accurate resident and property files
  • Stay current on lease terms, availability, and community amenities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests and concerns
  • Collaborate with local businesses for marketing outreach
  • Adhere to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
