Job Duties
Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the Benefits Coordinator is a key team player with a desire to grow & learn. Provide seamless support to ensure accurate day-to-day operations of assigned facilities' group health & welfare and retirement programs, assist all aspects of communications related to benefits administration, track and audit employment status changes to ensure accurate timely benefit offering and cancellation, provide benefit training, develop / maintain SOPs and / or quick cards to ensure standardized practices are up to date, assist all stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely benefits enrollment submissions and with troubleshooting enrollment errors, track and process new hires, QLE enrollments, Open Enrollment and COBRA events to ensure timely and accurate enrollment data and compliance with State, Federal, DOL and ERISA, maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information and employee data strictly confidential, other duties as assigned.
