Contribute to Team Success : Key Responsibilities

Field Scheduling Mastery : Efficiently schedule and coordinate service appointments and installations by aligning technician availability with customer needs.

Resource Allocation : Ensure optimal use of resources, balancing workload among field staff while maintaining service quality and response times.

Communication Excellence : Act as the liaison between customers, service teams, and internal departments, ensuring all parties are well-informed of schedule updates and changes.

Proactive Problem Solving : Quickly address scheduling conflicts and service issues to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Detailed Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and adjustments to daily schedules.

Who You Are : Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the home services or technology industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
  • Competency in using scheduling and CRM software
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-centric attitude
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in logistics or management are advantageous
