BroncoTechs are vital members of the Technology Support Center within the Department of Information Technology Services . In this role, you’ll provide daily front-line support to students, faculty, and staff across campus.

No previous IT experience is required —we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. All majors are welcome and encouraged to apply!

What to Expect as a BroncoTech :

• Service Desk Technician

Support walk-in clients by helping them connect to campus systems, install software, and troubleshoot common technical issues.

Provide on-site support to faculty and staff, assisting with computer setups, software installations, and hardware troubleshooting.

Maintain campus printers, support users in the student computer labs, and deliver friendly, dependable customer service.
