We are looking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician I to join our production team. This entry-level role is responsible for carrying out secondary manufacturing processes and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.Key Responsibilities : Perform day-to-day manufacturing tasks such as : Ice blasting, vapor degreasing Anodizing, passivation, laser marking Soda blasting, manual deburring Tantalum pin placement, epoxy painting Quality control inspection, packaging, and labeling Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Accurately complete documentation and update the Epicor ERP system Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (housekeeping) Follow safety protocols and company quality standards Requirements : High school diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes Comfortable using computers and data entry systems (Epicor experience a plus) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs Strong attention to detail and communication skills Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment Familiarity with quality control or regulated industries (medical device, pharma, etc.) Willingness to learn and grow within the company
