Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Analyst to support our HR operations through employee data processing, auditing, reporting, and special projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and actionable HR data across systems. The ideal candidate has experience with HR system implementations, data migrations, and strong skills in Power BI and Power Query.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee changes such as hires, promotions, terminations, and status updates in the HRIS, ensuring timely and accurate reflection across internal systems and integrations.
- Maintain and validate employee records, supporting the integrity and confidentiality of HR data while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies in employee information, correcting errors and partnering with HR and Finance teams for reconciliation as needed.
- Design and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query to deliver actionable insights on workforce trends, turnover, headcount, and other key HR metrics.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring quick turnaround and clear data presentation.
- Support HRIS implementations, including data mapping, cleansing, migration, and assisting with user acceptance testing and system validation.
- Coordinate digital file conversions and document management, assisting with organizing, naming, and archiving employee records as part of data cleanup or migration projects.
- Participate in special projects focused on HR process improvement, automation, and technology adoption, offering data analysis and technical support.
- Collaborate across teams including HR, IT, and Operations to streamline workflows, improve system usability, and enhance data quality practices.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, reporting, auditing, and system processes to support consistency and training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.1–2 years of experience using Power BI and Power Query in an HR or data role.Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.Strong understanding of HR data, systems, and compliance practices.Experience supporting or leading HRIS implementations and data migrations .Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large data sets.Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HR file management or document control processes.Experience with system-generated communications or workflow notifications.Ability to document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
