• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamics
• Administer medications, IV drips, blood products, and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and child life specialists in developing care plans
• Respond to rapid changes in patient conditions with advanced clinical interventions
• Educate and support families through complex medical situations and care plans
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
