Role Responsibilities :

As a Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in solving our customers' biggest challenges by designing and optimizing display and semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work on some of the most advanced and challenging technologies in the world, shaping the way process engineering evolves for our business and the semiconductor industry. Process Engineers at Applied enjoy a diverse and exciting work experienceno two days are the same and the challenges are complex and interesting. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.

Role Responsibilities :

• Drive innovative techniques, define methods and new technologies, and apply them to characterize hardware.
• Perform hardware characterization on highly complex systems for a range of programs.
• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on highly complex process engineering experiments for a range of products.
• Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Define and implement new methodologies, define and apply new technologies, and / or troubleshoot and resolve significantly complex process engineering issues for a range of products.
• Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects for a range of products.
• Communicate and engage with key customers to resolve exceptionally sophisticated process engineering issues for a range of products to address customer High Value Problems (HVP).
• Create internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports for integrated products, and generate process engineering specifications for integrated products.
• Define and validate film measurement techniques.
• Train engineers on the techniques and guide them in the interpretation of the data.
