Job Summary

Mission of Corporate Systems is to ensure consistent, transparent and standard methods to deliver high-quality, best-in-class business systems with strong governance that are timely, compliant, innovative, and help the mission of Bechtel Business Services (BBS), Human Resources (HR), Management Information & Planning (MI&P) and Industrial Relations (IR).

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week in the Glendale, AZ office. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.”

Major Responsibilities :

  • The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop, implement, maintain and help the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management.
  • It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems.
  • IT Shared Services is to improve the business performance of Bechtel, specifically Bechtel Business Service, Corporate HR, Corporate Finance and US Craft IR functional organizations, by delivering high quality Application Operations and Security, Information Management, Reporting and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Legal Document Management and IT Portfolio Services for Corporate System. The current position RPA Developer is in vertical IT shared Services.

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years supporting clients in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance, including UiPath(required).
  • 2+ years' experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Required Knowledge and Skills :

  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Prior experience automating Oracle ERP and SAP applications along with other technologies.
  • Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation content and delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with judicious-thinking and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills : proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong applied knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots (both on-premises and cloud environments).
  • Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other technologies as required to improve operational efficiency and lead production level automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
  • Ability to work directly with functional stakeholders, translate needs, and propose automation solutions with clear ROI.
