Program Assistant

In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program team. You'll coordinate schedules, maintain program records, and manage communication and documentation needs. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting uninterrupted, high-quality care for the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities :
Support the ACT team with administrative tasks that ensure seamless delivery of servicesCoordinate schedules, appointments, and documentation for clinical team membersMaintain accurate records and assist with data entry for program compliance and reportingPrepare, organize, and distribute program materials and client documentationAssist with internal and external communication, including phone calls and emailsTrack and order office and program supplies as neededEnsure timely filing and maintenance of confidential documents in compliance with HIPAASupport the team in preparing reports, memos, and correspondenceEducation, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role strongly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Additional Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license and current auto insurance requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionPhysical Requirements :
