- Degree / Experience degree in a relevant curriculum from an accredited college, university, or trade school or minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Detailed review of plans and specificationsPerform detailed quantity take offs and input into estimating software and pricing SpreadsheetPrice items taken off for review by Sales ManagerConstant communication with the Sales Manager about unusual situations, possible scope gaps, etc.Distributes plans and specifications to subcontractors / vendorsSubcontractor / Vendor solicitation and follow up.
