As a Hybrid Field Specialist , you’ll serve as a key member of the BrightStar Care team—offering compassionate, hands-on care in clients' homes while also supporting our office operations. You’ll provide short-notice care coverage, help onboard new clients, and assist with administrative and customer service functions in the office.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position perfect for an experienced caregiver with excellent communication skills who thrives in both clinical and administrative settings.

In the Field :

  • Provide high-quality personal care services, including :
  • Bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support

  • Taking vital signs and documenting condition changes
  • Assisting with medication reminders and household tasks
  • Accept short-notice shifts and fill in for call-outs or vacations
  • Support new client start-of-care visits and caregiver introductions
  • Assist with caregiver onboarding and training
  • Travel throughout the service area with flexibility in shift assignments
  • In the Office :

  • Assist with caregiver onboarding and training
  • Support scheduling, phone coverage, and customer service
  • Help maintain organized client records and documentation
  • Contribute to a welcoming and efficient office environment
  • Additional administrative duties that may be arise
  • On-Call Support (as needed) :

  • Participate in after-hours rotation to support scheduling and client needs
  • Relay urgent matters to clinical and operational leadership
  • Assignment field & office demands may fluctuate based on business needs.
  • May require Holiday / Weekend assignments as needed. Required Skills Education & Experience :
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Caregiving experience in home health, medical setting, or personal care strongly preferred
  • Customer Service experience
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Current CPR certification and TB test (as applicable)
  • Reliable, insured transportation and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfort in both caregiving and administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and act with professionalism
  • Proficiency with basic technology (email, scheduling systems, documentation)
