As a Hybrid Field Specialist , you’ll serve as a key member of the BrightStar Care team—offering compassionate, hands-on care in clients' homes while also supporting our office operations. You’ll provide short-notice care coverage, help onboard new clients, and assist with administrative and customer service functions in the office.
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position perfect for an experienced caregiver with excellent communication skills who thrives in both clinical and administrative settings.

In the Field :
Provide high-quality personal care services, including :Bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support
Taking vital signs and documenting condition changesAssisting with medication reminders and household tasksAccept short-notice shifts and fill in for call-outs or vacationsSupport new client start-of-care visits and caregiver introductionsAssist with caregiver onboarding and trainingTravel throughout the service area with flexibility in shift assignmentsIn the Office :
Assist with caregiver onboarding and trainingSupport scheduling, phone coverage, and customer serviceHelp maintain organized client records and documentationContribute to a welcoming and efficient office environmentAdditional administrative duties that may be ariseOn-Call Support (as needed) :
Participate in after-hours rotation to support scheduling and client needsRelay urgent matters to clinical and operational leadershipAssignment field & office demands may fluctuate based on business needs.May require Holiday / Weekend assignments as needed. Required Skills Education & Experience :High school diploma or equivalent requiredCaregiving experience in home health, medical setting, or personal care strongly preferredCustomer Service experienceSkills & Qualifications :
