Position Summary

We are looking to add a few more RN's to our team for our long term, skilled and vent unit.

Nurses with ventilator experience will receive higher rates starting at $38!

We offer attendance bonus, shift differential up to $3.50 an hour, paid holidays, PTO, and insurance!

Team Members receive additional bonuses and rewards through our new OnShift program!

Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to provide a friendly homelike environment for our residents.

We offer 12 hour shifts FT / PT / PRN available.

Weekend Warriors Welcome and will receive an additional pay rate!

Must hold a current unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse

• Obtain report from nurse being relieved and record sufficient information related to medication administration to implement accurate changes to medication orders.
• Administer medications as ordered on the Electronic Medication Administration Record in an accurate and timely manner.
• Monitor residents for drug effectiveness of drug therapy and occurrence of adverse effects.
• Document resident care related to medication administration, related monitoring, effectiveness of drug therapy and occurrence of adverse effects.
• Notify physician of changes in residents' condition, weight, medication errors, medication not available, abnormal lab / X-ray results and any other unusual observations.
• Document physician notifications and follow up according to facility policy.
• Complete and document comprehensive assessments of residents needs related to medication administration as assigned.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situation and initiate emergency care and "life-saving" measures in the absence of a physician.
