About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, positive, and highly proactive Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to help bring momentum, clarity, and enthusiasm to a distributed engineering organization of approximately 15 developers. This individual will "set the tone" for the team-motivating members, strengthening collaboration, and creating a productive, upbeat environment that supports high performance.

You will support several Agile sub-teams, lead all ceremonies, coordinate across time zones, and partner closely with Product Management and the CTO. You'll also lead our 3-day quarterly planning sessions, help write and prioritize tickets, manage release tickets, and assist with light testing to keep delivery flowing smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in Agile practices but also thrives on inspiring teams and increasing forward momentum.
