Shift & Schedule

Primary Schedule :

Thursday : 8 : 00a – 4 : 30p

Friday : 6 : 00p – 6 : 00a

Saturday : 6 : 00p – 6 : 00a

Alt Shift Options : Day 4x8 (08 : 00–16 : 30) or Night 4x8 (18 : 00–06 : 00)

Call : Required — 4–5 call shifts / month (1 weekend + 1–2 weekdays).

Holidays : Required; must work 2 of 3 major holidays.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1 year (First-time travelers accepted)

Certifications : BLS, ARRT

License : Indiana State License required at submission (no pending accepted)

Modalities : Must perform general X-ray & CT (Multi-modality CT / XR Tech)

Equipment : Siemens, Carestream Portable, Philips

Comfortable working independently at times.

Unit Details

CT : 2 Philips IQon scanners

X-Ray : 2 Siemens DR rooms + Carestream portables

Patient Areas : ER, Inpatient, Outpatient

Population : Adults & Pediatrics

Hospital : 153-bed, Stroke Level 1 Accredited

EMR : Cerner

Scrubs : Royal Blue

Parking : Free

Additional Info

No floating to other units or sister facilities.

Block scheduling may be discussed.

Locals accepted.

Guaranteed hours vary by shift type :

40 hrs (4x10s or mixed)

36 hrs (3x12s)

48 hrs (4x12s)

IU Health License Note

Effective 11 / 30 / 24, Indiana RNs cannot work in IU facilities except Periop / OR, Allied, Ambulatory RN roles (ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS allowed).
