Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Head of Technology.

We need someone to assist in leading IT operations, strategy, and innovation, driving the transformation of our technology platform and integrating advanced solutions including AI.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and manage IT budgets across platforms and brands
  • Ensure system, data, and operational security with minimal cybersecurity risk
  • Shape future-state technology architecture and prioritize investments
  • Build and lead internal / external IT resources and service providers
  • Oversee IT asset management, operations, and reporting
  • Optimize IT vendor contracts and performance metrics
  • Provide strategic leadership with a focus on enterprise scalability

Essentials :

  • Proven experience as an IT executive or Head of Technology in a high-growth, acquisitive organization
  • Strong background in AI, retail, or B2C environments
  • Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and board members
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise IT systems and operations

    • Desired :

  • Experience modernizing legacy systems and platforms
  • Prior leadership of IT functions through M&A activity
  • Understanding of AI integration in consumer-facing environments
