Specimen Processing / Specimen Technician (SPT I)  Job Details :

Schedule : 10 : 00pm - 6 : 00am Monday- Friday with Saturday rotation. Every 4th week, schedule will require 1 Saturday in lieu of a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Location : 200 Forest St, Marlborough MA 01752

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate : $19.48 / hour + (based on experience)

Specimen Processing / Specimen Technician (SPT I) Responsibilities :

• Perform specimen presort, A-station tasks, centrifugation, aliquoting, and internal specimen transport
• Ensure compliance with lab standards and changing test regulations
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a production-based environment
• Practice safe handling in a biohazard setting
• Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of staff
• Keep work areas organized and maintain departmental timelines
• Demonstrate adaptability and strong interpersonal skills

Education Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
