Engage in industry calls, visits, and grassroots marketing initiatives to produce leads outside of D2D efforts. 60 to 90 Days Appointment Setting : Manage your schedule to follow up on leads and set appointments (Visual Reality Consultations). Thoroughly learn and understand LIME’s services, products, and sales processes. Close appointments and secure signed proposals using the RESPIN sales technique. 90 to 180 Days Production Management : Learn to manage all aspects of a project using the 10-Step Production Model. Strive to deliver excellent customer experiences and receive positive feedback. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or project management is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Willingness to engage in door-to-door lead generation and grassroots marketing initiatives. Familiarity with mapping tools like Google Maps, Zillow, and Spotio is a plus.
