Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Plant Accounting

Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to South Carolina

Join a high-performing finance team at a leading manufacturing facility! We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting business performance through in-depth financial planning, cost analysis, and strategic insights. This position is ideal for a self-driven finance professional ready to collaborate with leaders across departments, drive process improvements, and contribute to long-term financial success.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Financial Analyst :

  • Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year business plans
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools for leadership review and decision-making
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results; identify trends and variances and present findings
  • Drive cost analysis, track plant-level KPIs, and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency
  • Support month-end closing activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit documentation
  • Implement automation and business intelligence tools to streamline reporting and increase accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, corporate finance, and auditors to ensure compliance and results alignment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives within the plant finance function.

Minimum Requirements for this Senior Financial Analyst :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Minimum 7 years of finance experience (3+ in accounting)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and with SAP and Oracle Hyperion is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial planning systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial models, reports, and business performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures.
