What You’ll Be Doing :

Supporting attorneys with all things trial-related, from start to finish

Managing document production and formatting legal correspondence

Handling dictation and transcription with accuracy and efficiency

Booking and coordinating travel, accommodations, and on-site trial logistics

Keeping internal workflows and case-related systems organized and up-to-date

Pitching in wherever needed to help the team operate at their best

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of experience working in a legal setting

Familiarity with the rhythm of litigation and what trial prep really looks like

Someone who’s detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and great at multitasking

A positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
