Role Description :

• Engineering Manager

o Technical Leadership :

§ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

§ Design and implement software solutions using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.

§ Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.

§ Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and trends.

o Project Management :

§ Participate in the planning and execution of software development projects.

§ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope.

§ Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

§ Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

o Strategic Planning :

§ Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in software development processes.

§ Advocate for best practices and technologies within the organization.

o Other Responsibilities :

§ Create and maintain technical documentation.

§ Participate in requirements analysis.

§ Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and operations, to ensure smooth software deployment and maintenance.

§ Debug and troubleshoot software issues.

§ Ensure the responsiveness and optimization of applications.
