Heres how a Human Resources Managerfor our Civil Westoffice contributes to our team :

Responsibilities

• Leads development execution and monitoring of district HRPD strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with district and company strategic plans and priorities.
• Responsible for overall accountability execution and integrity of recruitment and onboarding programs. Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and develops strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline.
• Leads local market research and analysis for salary / bonus review cycle.
• Works in collaboration with our Civil East leadership team.
• Responsible for overall compensation plan.
• Provides coaching and support to supervisors and senior managers on succession-planning process and resulting plans.
• Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for all positions including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and / or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination.
• Leads complex investigations including risk assessment communication / implementation of recommended outcomes / decisions. Consults with key stakeholders and complies with reporting requirements.
• Leads implementation evaluation and measurement of corporate and regional initiatives.
• Involved in litigation and / or mediation for employee relations issues.
