Any relevant industry experience or Degree of Higher Education
Preferred Education and Experience
Industry related certifications
OSHA 10 HR certification
Essential Functions
Participate in managing project profitability, including cost, schedules, and change order management, and other document control, including as-builts
Manage requests for information
Participate in managing project safety, including assisting Superintendent with safety orientations, documentation, and enforcement
Participate in managing jobsite quality control, including initiating, monitoring, and controlling the program
Prepare status reports as required, including weekly progress reports for assigned projects
Manage the submittal process
Manage close-out documentation
Coordinate timely delivery of materials, expediting when necessary
Assist in managing project schedules
Assist Project Manager / CCO with PFR, invoices, and collections
Coordinate, schedule, prepare for, and document meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Have thorough knowledge of all contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders

This position works in a standard office environment or jobsite office that may involve exposure to elements.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift 20 pounds, have endurance and ability to walk job sites in outdoor elements including stairs and elevated structures, ability to bend, stretch, reach, kneel, squat, and climb, and the ability to sit for six hour stretches.
