Your Mission

As an Expert AI Technical Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the AI Director and cross-disciplinary teams to bridge the gap between Engineering and Design. You’ll play a key role in defining, building, and refining the next generation of AI systems for the franchise, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in large-scale, high-fidelity combat experiences. Partner with AI Engineering and Design teams to design, prototype, and implement advanced AI systems and behaviors.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities :

• Drive innovation in AI architecture, workflows, and tools to enhance designer efficiency and creative freedom.
• Evaluate, iterate, and tune AI systems to achieve responsive, believable, and challenging enemy and ally behaviors.
• Act as a bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring high-quality implementation across all stages of development.
• Mentor and support other designers in AI tools, pipelines, and best practices.
