KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Facility / Sub-Acute Program

Location : On-site Springfield, MO

Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary

The Case Manager is a dedicated advocate for each client, ensuring they receive the full range of services and resources they need to thrive, as outlined in their personalized treatment or service plan. With a caring, hands-on approach, the Case Manager coordinates these services with efficiency, while always prioritizing the client’s well-being and long-term success.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related degree

Licensure / Certification : Able to obtain a class E driver's license and meet KVC Missouri’s requirement for driver’s insurance

Experience :

  • Experience in social services, residential treatment, education, or another related field
  • Previous experience working with children / families in a trauma informed environment

Qualifications :

  • Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and email applications.
  • Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
