A Fort Lauderdale law firm has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of litigation experience. Paralegal certification is preferred. Candidates must type at least 45 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Specializing in premise liability with trial experience.
This role requires working in a team-oriented environment, and the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting is essential. Experience with a case management program is required, and the candidate must be able to work independently.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of legal experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience with ProLaw or similar case management software is a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize
