Primary Care Provider Family Medicine, Physican Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Our growing Family and Internal Medicine Practice on the beautiful west side of Denver is looking for a Full Time Physician's Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to work in our Littleton office.

Altitude Family & Internal Medicine's mission is to provide excellent, comprehensive, and coordinated patient-centered medical care (we are recognized by NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home) through the promotion of health, the prevention of disease, and the treatment of illness; and to increase awareness through the education of the community.

Our current team vision is of a completely patient centered medical practice where the patient takes an active part of their self-management where we focus on disease prevention and health promotion. The successful candidate will be a skilled problem solver caring, flexible, innovative, resourceful, expedient, creative & efficient. Excellent communication and management skills required, along with the ability to continually motivate and train a team of professionals in a highly competitive industry.

Job Description and Primary Responsibilities :

• Ability to see and enjoy all diagnosis and ages in our Primary Care practice
• Work with our executive team and the other clinicians to implement necessary changes in our company
• Successfully know each aspect of our business and improve general operations

Requirements :

• Licensed to practice in the state of Colorado
• Certified
• 2+ years of experience
• No previous malpractice issues
