A company is looking for an Environmental Health Functional Scientific Researcher. Key Responsibilities Support federal agencies in developing and evaluating traditional and computational approaches in environmental health Conduct research on the effects of environmental pollutants on human health and the environment Provide expertise in new approach methods (NAMs) and related scientific fields Required Qualifications Doctorate in a biomedical field or related area with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four years of additional experience Expertise in new approach methods (NAMs) or a related scientific field is required Experience in toxicology, hazard assessment, epidemiology, or risk assessment is preferred Ability to work collaboratively with a team of science professionals Willingness to support various federal agencies, including the U.S. EPA and NIH
