Title : Program Director

Schedule : Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program.
• Ensure compliance with the program\'s established policies and procedures and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
• Ensure all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their stay and treatment based on objectives identified in their treatment plan.
• Provide in-service training as needed and supervise program staff.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate\'s skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range : $80,000 - $114,000 USD
