Joliet Staffing is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operators to join our warehouse team in Minooka, IL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating EPJs to move, load, and unload materials in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

Job Title : Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator

Location : Minooka, IL

Pay Rate : $16.00 $18.00 per hour

Benefits : Medical, Dental, AD&D

Schedule : All Shifts Available

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload pallets, containers, and trucks as required.
  • Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and overtime as needed.
