The Opportunity

As we continue to expand and transform the primary care experience, we're looking for providers to deliver virtual primary care. This provider will care for One Medical patients directly through scheduled and on demand visits utilizing video as well as asynchronous channels. All remote primary providers demonstrate proficiency in practicing evidence based primary care and shared decision making with patients.

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $260,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
