Physical Therapist Local and Contract Position

Physical Therapist (PT)

Location : Salem,OR

Pay Rate : $112,000 / Year

Schedule : 40 hours per week.

Start Date : ASAP

Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We’re looking for a skilled and dependable PT to join our team in Salem OR.

Job Duties :

Assist in providing rehabilitative services to patients

Implement treatment plans to help improve patient mobility, strength, and function

Monitor and document patient progress

Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements :

Active Oregon state PT license

Previous experience in a clinical, rehab, or skilled nursing setting is a plus

Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening

Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray

BLS Certification

COVID Vaccinated
