Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) - Part Time

Cortica is looking for a remote, part time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join its growing multi-disciplinary team!

Please note that a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of North Carolina is required for this position.

This role provides clinicians with the opportunity to work with leaders in the field of child development and to broaden their clinical knowledge across disciplines through collaboration with master practitioners across neurological, sensorimotor, communication, and behavior therapies.

What will you do?

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and / or their siblings).
• Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines and are tailored to the needs of the client. This may include Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy, and others.
• Attend to relational ethics, while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve. Actively engage other team members to ensure wrap-around support for the family and sharing of information and ideas.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Comply with clinic policies and all state, federal, and licensing board laws / requirements / regulations by fostering practices that adhere to the standards of care and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and mandated reporting.
• Adhere to – and support other team members’ adherence to – organizational standards and policies.
• Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Team members must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $47.80 / hr to $59.74 / hr . According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
