Overview
The Media Director, Strategy & Planning will lead digital media strategy and planning across a major fashion retail account, with a focus on performance‑driven campaigns that deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fashion and retail categories. This role requires a strategic thinker who can connect audience insights with media execution across channels such as social, display, video and search. They will also possess knowledge of the retail media landscape and be able to connect brand media, retail media dollars and paid and unpaid channels to provide a holistic strategy.

Compensation
Compensation Range : $119,510 – $188,025. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the company offers medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
