A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative to provide support to candidates through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support to candidates via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and timely responses Document candidate feedback and perform data entry as necessary to address inquiries Assist in training new hires and monitor the effectiveness of communication scripts Required Qualifications High school diploma required; some college preferred Experience in telephone customer service is highly desirable College degree in English or a related field preferred College-level work and writing experience in a customer service environment is required for primary correspondence representatives Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
