Description : Position Summary
The Maintenance Worker operates and maintains mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines to ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in good repair and a safe environment.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum
High school diploma or equivalent, good reading, math, verbal, and written communication skills and knowledge of safety data sheets (SDS). Technical training and general knowledge of maintenance / repair and two years related experience. Information technology knowledge. Unless waived by management, a valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record is required.
Preferred
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, boilers and other building systems, OSHA-10 certification.
