We are hiring an Adventure Travel Coordinator to support clients planning activity-focused or exploration-based travel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, planning, and helping travelers prepare for unique experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Learn about client interests and adventure preferences

Assist in preparing trip suggestions and activity options

Support bookings for tours, transportation, and lodging

Communicate updates and trip details

Coordinate with travel providers for availability

Prepare confirmations and travel info

Double-check details for accuracy

Qualifications :

Interest in adventure and experiential travel

Strong organization and communication skills

Comfortable researching destinations

Able to work independently online

Customer service experience helpful but optional
