The Chief Medical Executive will oversee Clinical Directors in multiple centers while ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes and center performance. This role is crucial in fostering a positive culture and aligning our medical teams with the ChenMed core model. A portion of your responsibilities will also include providing direct patient care, as well as leading and mentoring Medical Directors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise clinical operations and ensure accountability for patient outcomes across multiple centers.
• Guide and develop Clinical Directors to achieve exceptional clinical results.
• Facilitate talent development and foster professional growth among physicians and clinical staff.
• Enhance the physician culture in alignment with our core values and service standards.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing clinicians to strengthen our team.
• Establish relationships with external parties including payers, specialists, and community organizations.
• Proactively address workplace concerns and cultivate a positive market culture.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and performance analysis regularly.
