Job Description

The Operations Manager will report directly into the Plant Manager and be responsible for :

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across production and quality functions.
• Apply knowledge of chemical and plating processes to troubleshoot issues and enhance efficiency.
• Support initiatives to improve quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and commercial teams to align operations with business goals.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.
• Track KPIs to measure operational success.
• Identify and address potential operational risks proactively.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

1-3 years experience in operations or management within chemical processing or surface finishing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team, driving them towards common production goals

Strong understanding of chemical reactions and metal deposition processes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with OSHA and ISO standards (preferred).
