Responsibilities
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Client Support Services team. This role involves handling inbound calls related to Brokerage accounts, providing accurate and efficient assistance on topics including cash management, online / mobile access, and general account inquiries.
Key Qualifications :
Preference given to candidates with either a college degree or previous contact center experience .
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering world-class service .
