Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for process improvement.

Collaboration :

Foster effective communication and collaboration between different engineering disciplines.

Training and Development :

Provide training and mentorship to junior engineering staff, sharing expertise and facilitating skill development.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an Engineering Specialist or in a similar technical role.

In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.

Proficiency in engineering software tools and applications relevant to the field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
