Outside Sales – Sales Account Executive
Territory : The Peninsula (Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas)
Novatech is The Managed Office Provider, delivering a full suite of IT, print, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to businesses nationwide. We are seeking a consultative and tech-savvy Sales Account Executive to serve clients throughout The Peninsula region of Virginia.
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role for professionals who understand the value of technology in solving real business challenges. What You Will Do :
Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach and consultative selling
Conduct discovery conversations to assess business needs and recommend integrated technology solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite leaders
Manage a defined geographic territory and full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Leverage Salesforce and best-in-class sales tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses modernize their office technology environment
What You Bring :
Demonstrated success in outside B2B sales (technology or solution-based sales preferred)
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to operational outcomes
Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and independently driving new business
Skilled communicator with a consultative approach to sales and relationship-building
Self-starter with the discipline to manage a territory and exceed performance targets
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
