Lead, inspire, and develop the Central Communications team to consistently exceed patient expectations.
Ensure every interaction embodies empathy, professionalism, and service excellence.
Monitor team performance, track metrics, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Streamline patient communication processes to optimize efficiency and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clinical and patient services teams to enhance the overall patient journey.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in a call center, patient experience, or customer service environment.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating extraordinary patient experiences.
