job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHourly Base Pay : $17 / hour (34 hours per week) Commission : Earn 40 to 100% of agency commissions on producer written premium Example : $10K in monthly written premium = 40% of commissions that are paid to the agency; tiered up to $40K = fully earning 100% of what is paid to the agency (different insurance products offer different commission structures). Health Insurance Benefit for Individual : (50% employer-paid after 90 days) Retirement Plan Benefit : Eligible after one year of employment. Team Bonuses, contests, and office outings 4-day workweek (34 hours total) for work-life balance Structured training and clear career growth opportunities Generate new business by identifying and contacting potential clients. Quote, present, and bind personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, etc.). Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities within the agency. Maintain accurate records in our management and CRM systems. Provide professional, responsive, and thorough customer service. Stay organized and efficient using the agencys established systems and best practices. Participate in training, team meetings, and coaching sessions for continued growth. Contribute positively to a collaborative, forward-thinking office environment. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using digital systems, CRM platforms, and structured workflows Detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to follow proven processes Positive, self-driven, and coachable attitude - thrives on growth and feedback Goal-oriented mindset with consistent follow-through on leads and renewals Ability to work effeciently in-office during scheduled 34-hour workweek High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, communications, or related field a plus

The Corey Benson Insurance Agency, Inc. is looking for a Licensed Insurance Producer to join our in-office team in Salem, Oregon. Were a forward-thinking, efficient, and customer-focused Farmers agency that believes in doing things right, not just fast.
As a Producer, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. You'll manage leads, quote and bind new policies, and cross-sell coverage to existing clients while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer service. Our systems and training are designed to make your workflow smooth, organized, and rewarding.
We're looking for someone who is :
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (required)
- Positive, self-driven, and coachable - eager to grow and learn
- Comfortable using modern systems and efficient processes
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and communication skills
