Overview :
Seeking an experienced engineer to lead product development and enhancement projects. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and customer-focused innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead engineering projects from concept through completion using concurrent design principles.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define product requirements.
Estimate work timelines and deliver on commitments.
Develop solutions to complex technical challenges.
Support testing and documentation efforts.
Conduct R&D testing and provide customer support as needed.
Stay informed on industry trends and standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
SolidWorks proficiency
Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical design experience.
Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
