This individual will support both patient care and administrative functions, including :

• Escorting patients to exam rooms and assisting with check-in
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Supporting physicians during exams and procedures
• Answering patient calls and handling prescription requests
• Assisting with chart prep for follow-up patients, prior authorizations, stocking, and room prep
• Limited front office responsibilities
• Mosaic is the EMR system they use
• 3 providers total normally 1-2 in office, and 2 RN's
• Looking for one MA to join their team!
