Opportunity : Multi-property HR leadership with room to grow.

North Point Hospitality Group is seeking a warm, proactive, and people-centric HR Business Partner to lead human resources initiatives across two attractive hotel properties in Savannah's Historic District. This role supports the establishment of our brand-new AC Hotel while continuing the legacy of hospitality excellence at our established Homewood Suites.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may apply) :

As a key HR leader, you'll play a critical role in nurturing talent, driving recruitment efforts, and sustaining vibrant workplace culture across both propertiesbuilding on what's already great and guiding us into what's next.

  • HR oversight for both hotels, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Cross-property engagement initiatives rooted in empathy and service
  • Partnership with leadership to support performance and talent development
  • Consistent application of North Point Hospitality's HR protocols and initiatives

    • What you should bring to the table :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 35 years of related experience, especially in HR management
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
  • Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
