Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting. Key Responsibilities Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights are delivered Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll oversight Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and departmental management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration 10 years of experience at a Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
