Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage the data entry cycle for all orders by adhering to written documentation. In this role, you will coordinate trade shows, manage advertising inventory, and handle promotional item ordering and stock. You will also serve as backup to reception on-site. Responsibilities :

• Serve as backup to reception on-site.

Essential Skills :

Associate's degree in business, administration, or a related field. One or more years of relevant experience or training. Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or complex administrative support is strongly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong technical proficiency with computer programs, including advanced experience with Microsoft Excel. Solid organizational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while maintaining a professional and focused demeanor. Clear and professional written communication skills.

Work Environment :

The Sales Coordinator will work in an office setting with opportunities to assist in trade shows and events. The role requires the use of computer programs, particularly Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in handling administrative tasks. The dress code is business casual, and the candidate must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
